It is widely used for turning 45 T sugar mill cylinders, Water Cylinder, Long Shaft, Nuclear Product, Millitary Product, casting roll, steel roll, etc. Currently we can make the large cnc lathe machine with Max.Swing Diameter over machine bed is 6000 mm, Max.Length can be 16 meters and Max.work-piece weight and machine load capacity can be 100 T.

This kind of heavy duty CNC Lathe can be designed into a kind of multi-functional lathe machine with drilling & milling functions also. We specially designed Large CNC Lathe with drilling functions for our Aouth American Customer used for turning 40 T sugar mill cylinders(Lathe Machine swing diameter over machine bed is 2200 mm, Valid distance between centers is 8000 mm). The customer is very satisfied with our Horizontal Lathe with milling & drilling functions. It is equipped with SIEMENS 828 D CNC Control system, and the spindle has indexing function. The main motor is SIEMENS servo motor also.
